We know what you are thinking! Can you really build a website in a day?
The answer is YES! I have been building WordPress websites since 2008. I have nailed down processes to make it quick and easy. But, there are some limitations of course to what can be done to keep costs low. Below are some of the most frequently asked questions about this service.
1. Can more pages be added?
For this service, I cannot add more pages. But, the good news is your website will be built in a way that makes it easy for you to add more pages when you need them! Your website comes with an about, home, contact, blog and services/standard page. All nonprofit websites will also have a donation page.
2. Can I build an e-commerce website in a day?
No, this offer does not apply to e-commerce website.
3. How do we get started?
First, complete the form below. Then we will schedule an intro call to make sure you are a good fit! If you are then we will schedule a one-hour consultation to discuss your new website, outline a plan and set a date.
4. Who creates the content?
I can create the content or you can provide your own! If you provide your own it will need to be received in full before I start. If you would like me to create it, I will use AI to assist me. You will have full editing capabilities after site launch to make edits.
5. What about SEO?
I will optimize your title tags, headers, images and content to ensure core terms and phrases your perfect visitor would be looking for. The Rankmath SEO plugin will also be installed.
6. Can I be involved in the design process?
During our initial consultation I will get a feel for your brand, voice and design preferences. In this consultation you can provide designs you like and vision boards. I run with your design from there to create a website design I am confident you will love. This process allows me to keep the cost down and timeline fast!
7. I have no web experience, can I still update the website?
Yes! Every website is built to be easy to update, even by non-techies. Enter your content into a field and voile – it goes to the front end where it is supposed to! Post-launch training is also included. For those wanting to learn, you can also use the included block builder to create new pages with all different designs and layouts.
8. Will you help me post launch?
Thirty days of post-launch support is included. This does not include the addition of new pages or aesthetic changes. It is just for questions related to how to manage the website or any technical issues that may arise.
9. Do I need hosting?
You can host with me on my dedicated service or choose your own host. Hosting with me is $100 per month and includes maintenance and updates so you never have to worry about security or outdated plugins or code.
Note: I do not work with (or recommend) GoDaddy or Bluehost, so if you currently host with them I will not be able to assist you.
