WordPress Portfolio
Our focus is on creating affordable WordPress websites that are easy to manage, provide a good UX for visitors – and tell your story! If you are a nonprofit or small-mid sized business looking for a “best friend on the web” – let’s talk!
Organizations that have trusted me.

KidSpirit
- WordPress development for nonprofit organization
- Content migration of 3,000+ pages from a custom CMS
- Advanced Custom Fields for content management
- Complex tagging management system
KidSpirit is an online magazine that encourages kids to explore their artistic side while answering some of life’s biggest questions. Their old website was built on a custom CMS that offered limited flexibility for content management.
The KidSpirit website was completely rebuilt on WordPress using GeneratePress and Advanced Custom Fields. This combination gives the client full control over how content is viewed and makes updating content easy for a non-technical team.

Ireland Chamber of Commerce
- WordPress design & development
Ireland Chamber of Commerce is a nonprofit organization that builds relationships between NY and Ireland. Their goal is to encourage trans-atlantic travel, business and philanthropy.
When their old website became dated and hard to manage, they came to us for a completely new look. In just under 2 months we did a comprehensive analysis of their users, completed a design process, and launched a rebuilt WordPress website.
MindLink
- WordPress design & development
MindLink offers language solutions to help people communicate. Their wide target audience includes governments, schools, and everyday people. The website needed to tell their story and provide users with a clear description of their offerings.
The owner originally tried to build their own website – and came to us when they realized they needed experts. We worked with her to create several design options and completely redeveloped the website so she can easily make updates.

RideWise
- WordPress design & development
RideWise is a NJ based organization that supports the impaired and provides local news and updates on travel in Somerset County. Their original website was HTML coded and extremely outdated due to the lack of funds needed to maintain it.
On a small budget we completely revitalized this important resource. The design is clean and simple and the WordPress CMS makes it easy for the non-technical team to update.
Blue Collar Brain
- WordPress design & development
- New website build
Blue Collar Brain is a mission driven website that advocates for skilled trade careers. The website features several custom built templates for taxonomies and categories.
It is powered by Advanced Custom Fields for easy customizations and uses data from spreadsheets to deliver current statistics for users.

What our Best Friends Say!
“Oh my goodness, Jill–we are truly in awe of you and the incredibly thoughtful, skillful and professional way you have stepped in and brought this project to fruition. Thank you so much. Just speaking for myself, I am thrilled with the result, and delighted that we finally have freedom to work with our own content. The site looks amazing, and is much clearer and more user-friendly. Your notes and overview are also a great help.
You can be sure that we will all be singing your praises with everyone, and are happy to provide endorsements of any kind should they be useful. Your work is expanding our reach in a meaningful and crucial way. We have loved working with you, and are extremely appreciative to have you part of our extended team!”

“I’ve hired, worked with and learned form Jill for over a decade now and I can’t recommend her highly enough. Specifically, Jill’s helped with my corporate brands, my agency clients and also done a fantastic job teaching my membership group about SEO.”
